What I did
- Flight controller on an Arduino Nano BLE 33 driving eight independent aerodynamic surfaces on MG90 servos.
- Tuned a six-state Kalman filter feeding a 50 Hz control loop, flew it 5+ times, and adjusted after every flight.
- Designed the airframe in Fusion 360 with real engineering drawings, then printed it in carbon-fiber-reinforced PLA, about 30% lighter than standard PLA without losing stiffness.
